Position OverviewAs a Data Analyst at Integral Health, you will play a vital role in transforming our operational data into actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve patient outcomes. Working part-time, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain operational dashboards, conduct data analysis, and support our mission of revolutionizing behavioral healthcare through data-driven strategies.
Core Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain operational data flows and dashboards in Databricks environment to track key performance indicators and business metrics
- Clean, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets using Python and SQL to support business decision-making
- Generate regular reports on operational metrics such as patient retention, lifetime value (LTV), engagement rates, and other healthcare-specific KPIs
- Collaborate with clinical and business teams to identify data needs and translate them into analytical solutions
- Develop and implement data quality processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting
- Identify trends and patterns in operational data to provide recommendations for process improvements
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from leadership and stakeholders
Key Requirements- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles, preferably in healthcare or SaaS environments
- Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, cleaning, and analysis
- Experience building and maintaining dashboards in Databricks or similar environments
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing large datasets
- Experience working with operational metrics such as retention, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health startups
- Familiarity with healthcare data structures and metrics
- Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
