Our NY based luxury women's RTW brand is seeking a dynamic and strategic Logistics Analyst to join their team with experience in the fashion industry.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory for wholesale channels including orders, ATS, Drop -Ship and Shopify
- Order entry and management for JOOR to RLM, ERP system
- Maintain shipping and on order reports with RLM
- Troubleshoot operational issues related to shipment or orders
- Monitor production schedule top plan wholesale delivery schedule
- Provide accurate inventory receipt to the sales team
- Maintain shipping reports using ERP system, RLM and status updates on RMA's
- Manage and oversee all drop ship and cross dock activity, WIP
- Manage any DTC customer request issues for timely shipment and returns
- Oversee inventory made within Shopify to ensure accuracy
- Track client shipping
- Oversee UPS activity through Bergen for all DTC
- Monitor client returns, and inventory and address email inquiries and issues
- Oversee and execute price change activity on the site
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to prepare supplies needed
- Upload inventory – for any new product or specific launch
- Coordinate transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper shipments
- Manage ASN’s using ERP system and WMS for goods at warehouse
- Manage external partner systems, and shipment manuals for compliance
- Create and maintain style master-upload of styles into RLM
- Oversee generation of UPC Codes
- Manage EDI Shipments, allocations/ pick tickets, invoices to Factor, liaise with Finance
- Create RA’s and credit memos
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or mathematics
- Experience working in fashion industry
- Must be proficient in Advanced Excel, RLM and Shopify
- A leader, self-motivated and ability to collaborate with a team
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- Strong verbal and written communication
