Location: This position is remote/hybrid, with a preference for candidates who are able to easily travel to our NYC and Hicksville offices as needed.
Compensation Range: $95-$115K

About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Chief of Staff/Implementor to serve as the right hand to our President. This individual will play a critical role in turning vision into execution, managing multiple high-level projects, and bringing structure to fast-moving priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, an exceptional communicator, and a master at organizing chaos into strategy.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Partner with the President to translate vision and ideas into actionable strategies.
- Manage and track high-priority projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Create structure around initiatives, providing organization, prioritization, and execution plans.
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities to streamline operations throughout all areas of the business.
- Serve as the President’s liaison managing priorities and time effectively.
- Anticipate needs, provide key insights, and prepare necessary materials for meetings and decisions.
- Act as a liaison between leadership, departments, and external stakeholders.
- Act as a Business Operating System implementor, enforcing and tracking goals, projects, Rocks, KPI’s, and ensuring alignment with long term vision. Including follow up, execution, holding the team accountable
- Assist President with company, charitable foundation and board advisory responsibilities
- Proactively assess challenges that the team or President is faced with during meetings or projects, offer solutions, and tactics mitigate risks.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making when offering support to the President or team. Also be ready to share proactive approaches to potential issues when involved with projects/ meetings.
- Ensure follow-through on key initiatives by tracking progress and driving accountability.
- Help foster a high-performance, solution-oriented culture within the leadership team. Spark conversation, engage in probing/ questioning with the team to initiate innovation and creative approaches to problems or projects.
- Support organizational growth by anticipating future needs and proactively addressing them. This role can do this by asking questions to get to the root issues, seek to understand, provide guidance and listen to what’s not being said.
Skills, Education, and Experience Qualifications:
- 8+ years in an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to simplify complexity and create clarity around ambiguous ideas.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication.
- High emotional intelligence and ability to influence without authority.
- Problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Microsoft Office 365 (SharePoint, outlook expertise)
- Implementing a business operating system like EOS, Scaling Up, System and Soul or other experience is a plus
- Confident, resourceful, and adaptable.
- Able to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
- Innovation and efficiency focused.
- SOP and results driven.
