Assistant Project Manager – Commercial Interiors

💰 Salary: $90-$110k + 2x Bonuses
About the Role
An established and growing general contractor is looking for a motivated Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support high-end commercial interior projects. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced PMs and superintendents, gaining the skills and experience needed to take the next step in your construction career.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and field teams
- Help track budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Support site visits, walkthroughs, and progress reporting
- Ensure smooth communication between office and field 🛠️
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of construction experience (ideally interiors or fit-out)
- Strong organizational and communication skills 🗂️
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a project management role
- Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
