Zup Innovation

Zup Innovation is a technology partner and software development company that builds digital products for large enterprises. Founded in 2011, it works across artificial intelligence, digital product development, system modernization, digital transformation and software engineering, serving clients in enterprise technology and banking and financial services. The firm describes itself as an AI-First organisation and operates as a remote-first workplace guided by a #Liberdade philosophy.

Working with the company means joining engineering teams focused on AI solutions and modernising legacy systems for large organisations. The firm reports results including client time-to-market reductions of up to 80% and codebases with 50% less code, and says its digital products reach thousands of users. It has over 12 years of expertise and operates in Brazil and across Latin America.

Beyond client work, Zup Innovation states a commitment to social impact, using innovation to promote education and to empower underserved regions to become quality technology hubs.
