Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Venture Capital & Corporate Attorneys to contribute specialized legal expertise to an AI training project. The role focuses on venture capital transactions, corporate law, startup advisory, and investment structuring. You will review legal documents, analyze transactional scenarios, and provide expert feedback to improve the accuracy and quality of AI-generated legal content. Prior AI experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze venture capital and corporate transactions and provide expert legal insights.
2. Review and evaluate investment documents, including term sheets, share purchase agreements, and convertible notes.
3. Assess corporate structuring, governance, and transaction considerations relevant to startups, investors, and established businesses.
4. Explain complex legal concepts and transactional processes in clear, accessible language.
5. Identify legal, regulatory, and compliance risks in sample scenarios and documentation.
6. Review AI-generated legal content and provide constructive feedback to improve accuracy and clarity.
7. Collaborate remotely with project managers and other contributors to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership in at least one jurisdiction.
