Wipfli is an American advisory and business consulting firm that grew out of a traditional accounting practice. Founded in 1930 in Wausau, Wisconsin, by Clarence Wipfli, it now operates from 48 offices across the United States, with headquarters in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The firm serves more than 54,000 clients, chiefly middle-market organisations, and ranks among the nation's top 25 advisory firms. It employs more than 3,000 associates.

The firm's work spans integrated tax and assurance services alongside risk advisory, outsourcing, digital and cloud technology solutions, and people and organisational performance consulting. The digital practice covers digital transformation consulting and the modernisation of client systems, while industry-specific expertise is applied to complex modern sectors.
