Wilson is a global integrated talent solutions provider offering RPO, talent intelligence and workforce strategy design and implementation across more than 65 countries.
Wilson is a global integrated talent solutions provider that designs and implements workforce strategies for client organisations. Founded in 2002 in Tampa, Florida, the company began as a recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) firm and has since broadened its offering to encompass integrated talent solutions and talent intelligence. It works with some of the world's most admired brands and maintains a presence spanning more than 65 countries.
Its services combine advisory work with hands-on delivery. Recruitment Process Outsourcing remains the original core offering; Integrated Talent Solutions covers end-to-end workforce solutions, pairing advisory services with practitioner-led design and implementation; and Talent Intelligence applies data and insight to complex workforce challenges. The practitioner mindset is central to how the firm operates: it designs and implements lasting workforce strategies rather than advising alone.
The company describes its culture as rooted in collaboration and innovation, with a partnership-driven and personal approach maintained since its founding. Its stated ambition is to transform how organisations build and sustain their workforces. In 2024 the business rebranded from WilsonHCG to Wilson, reflecting the breadth and depth of services now offered.
