Wilcon Depot, Inc. is the Philippines' leading home improvement and construction supplies retailer. Founded in 1977 as Wilcon Builder's Supply, Inc., it began as a 60-square-metre hardware shop on Quezon Avenue and now operates a nationwide network of over 100 stores. The 100th store opened in Lubao, Pampanga, in 2024. Wilcon Depot is the only publicly listed company in its sector in the Philippines.

The company's retail network spans large-format depot stores, introduced in 2003, carrying products across Tiles, Sanitarywares, Plumbing, Furniture, Home Interior, Building Materials, Hardware, Electrical, Appliances and DIY items. Expansion has been national in scope: Mindanao from 2002 and the Visayas from 2012. The product range draws on both local and international brands.

Technical work at Wilcon Depot covers virtual reality retail experiences, mobile app development and digital retail experiences. Two such initiatives were launched in 2022: the Virtual Reality Store Experience, a digital and VR shopping environment, and the My Wilcon App, a mobile application supporting the customer experience. These sit alongside an innovation-oriented culture that has grown out of a heritage-driven expansion story.

The company's stated mission is to help people build, improve and refine their homes for a sustainable and comfortable life, a vision traced to founder William Belo's aim of giving Filipino homeowners and builders access to quality construction and finishing materials.
