WhyHireWrong? is a recruitment agency that places tech talent at companies worldwide, working to a stated principle of "hire proof, not promises". Candidates are asked to complete targeted preparation and record honest video answers before being presented to employers, and both sides commit to the process: companies agree to give clear feedback and not to ghost applicants. The agency describes its approach as radical transparency, in contrast to the conventional practice of submitting CVs into an unresponsive hiring pipeline.

For employers, the firm offers three engagement models. Retained Search covers mission-critical hires; Contingent Recruiting operates on a no-hire-no-fee basis; and Embedded Partnership is designed for companies building out their own hiring teams. Its work spans recruitment technology, video-based candidate assessment, talent acquisition and hiring-process design.

Candidates are served through Career Re:Work, which provides interview preparation, CV rewriting and direct introductions to relevant companies. The agency reports more than 350 hires placed globally and an average time-to-hire of three to six weeks.
