Whitevision B.V. is a Dutch SaaS company founded in 2005 that develops Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) and automation solutions for financial and document workflows. Its technology combines artificial intelligence, machine learning and Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to recognise documents and extract data automatically. The company employs more than 140 people and serves more than 2,300 organisations across Europe.
At the core of Whitevision's offering is SAM, an AI-powered engine that handles automated document recognition, OCR processing and intelligent data extraction. Around it sit products for touchless invoice processing integrated with ERP systems, procurement management, spend management and broader document workflow automation covering areas such as expense claims and service orders. The company's technical work spans SaaS platform development, ERP integration and applied machine learning.
Whitevision operates from six offices: Breda (headquarters), Rotterdam, Zoetermeer and De Goorn in the Netherlands, and Milton Keynes and Southampton in the United Kingdom.
