Whetstone Research

Whetstone Research is a blockchain infrastructure company that designs and builds new protocols intended to accelerate the development of onchain markets. Its work spans protocol design, the EVM, price discovery, liquidity bootstrapping and indexing. The team numbers fewer than 15 people, with members who have previously worked at Uniswap, Primitive and Aztec.

The company's first product is Doppler, a price discovery and liquidity bootstrapping protocol built on the EVM. Work is also under way on Pure Markets. Alongside these protocols, Whetstone Research maintains an open-source SDK and an indexer, both of which power integrations with platforms including Zora, Bankr, FxHash and Paragraph.
