About Wealthbox

Wealthbox is the #1 CRM software platform for financial advisors: rated #1 by the people who use it and #1 in market share. Tens of thousands of advisors and their teams run their day on it, and our largest enterprise firms rely on it as the intelligent hub for their entire practice. We're a fast-growing team building the AI-powered software advisors actually want to use, and we're looking for people who want to help.

The Role

Wealthbox is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth across a defined book of named accounts, building senior-level relationships and closing high-value deals with the largest and most complex firms in the wealth management industry.

As a Wealthbox Enterprise AE, you will own the full sales cycle for enterprise prospects – including RIA aggregators, OSJs, broker-dealers, and large multi-advisor firms. You will lead consultative, executive-level conversations, coordinate closely with Solutions Engineering and internal partners, and close deals that establish Wealthbox as the CRM of choice for firms that demand more from their technology.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle across a named account portfolio – from initial outreach and qualification through demo, POC, negotiation, and close

  • Build and advance relationships with C-suite and operational buyers, including CTOs, COOs, VPs of Operations, and Advisor Experience leaders

  • Lead highly coordinated team selling efforts, partnering closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, and Relationship Management to deliver a seamless buying experience

  • Drive POC engagements in collaboration with Solutions Engineering, ensuring prospects experience Wealthbox’s value in the context of their own environment

  • Develop and execute account strategies that reflect the buying dynamics, stakeholder maps, and priorities unique to each named account

  • Work effectively within partner-sourced deal flows, including RIA aggregators and OSJ networks, navigating the relationship dynamics those channels require

  • Represent Wealthbox at key industry conferences, custodian events, and strategic prospect meetings

  • Provide consistent, accurate pipeline forecasting and account documentation in Wealthbox CRM

  • Surface market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product and go-to-market decisions

  • Exceed quarterly and annual new business targets

What You Bring

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 3 years in an enterprise AE role

  • Deep, firsthand experience selling into the wealth management industry – you know the buyers, the ecosystem, the language, and the competitive landscape

  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles and multiple decision makers

  • Experience navigating enterprise procurement processes including legal, compliance, and technical review

  • Strong executive presence – you’re credible and composed in front of a COO or CTO and know how to build champions below them

  • A collaborative, team-first approach to selling – you’ve worked in coordinated, team-based sales motions and know how to leverage internal partners without losing ownership

  • Experience working within or alongside RIA aggregators, OSJs, or broker-dealer networks is a strong differentiator

  • Deep proficiency in CRM and sales engagement tools to manage a named account portfolio, maintain accurate forecasts, and document activity rigorously

  • Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable performing in a remote, high-growth environment

Work Schedule

  • Weekdays, during business hours (fully remote)

  • Regular travel to industry conferences and strategic prospect meetings

  • Competitive salary

  • Comprehensive health plan

  • 401k plan
