Visere

Visere is a Norwegian executive search and recruitment firm that identifies candidates for leadership and specialist appointments. Its work covers top executive and middle management roles as well as technical specialist positions, using active search and headhunting methods to reach candidates who are not necessarily seeking new employment. The firm works across Norway and serves both Norwegian companies and international employers entering the Norwegian market.

The firm's services fall into three areas: executive search and leadership recruitment, specialist recruitment for key technical positions, and structured assessment. Assessment is carried out using DVN-approved tools, including OPQ and Cut-e, to evaluate professional and cultural fit. Candidate handling follows GDPR-compliant procedures.

Visere operates from four offices, in Bergen, Stavanger, Oslo and Førde, and provides coverage nationwide, with a particular focus on Norway's west coast from Ålesund to Kristiansand. It serves clients in energy, maritime, technology, aquaculture, finance and industrial businesses. The firm was founded by advisers with backgrounds in business leadership, investment and international organisations.
