University System of New Hampshire

A public university system and New Hampshire's largest postsecondary education provider, running campuses in Durham, Manchester, Plymouth and Keene alongside online and statewide programmes.

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is the largest provider of postsecondary education in the state, enrolling approximately 27,000 students a year across several public institutions. It is governed by a Board of Trustees and administered by a System Office in Concord. Its members include the University of New Hampshire-Durham, the system's flagship campus, offering a full array of postsecondary opportunities with first-class facilities; UNH Manchester, its urban campus; Plymouth State University; Keene State College; and the UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law.

Alongside its campuses, USNH runs extensive online learning programmes and offers classes at sites in every county of New Hampshire. Teaching is a central commitment across the system, alongside research that spans air quality, economic development, family health, teacher training and ocean mapping, and community outreach and service programmes intended to expand knowledge and contribute to the state.

Work is spread across Durham, Manchester, Plymouth and Keene, with campuses situated in New Hampshire communities and an emphasis on first-class facilities in scenic settings. More than 90,000 USNH alumni live in New Hampshire, and the system reports a direct annual impact on hundreds of thousands of the state's citizens.
