Treatwell operates Europe's largest hair and beauty booking platform, running a dual-sided marketplace that connects salon partners with customers seeking to discover and book appointments. Its marketplace processes more than 5 million bookings a month.

The addressable market remains largely offline: an estimated 80% of salons still run on pen and paper, and only about 5% of bookings take place online. Treatwell frames its mission as the digital transformation of the beauty industry, giving salon owners tools to manage their businesses and customers the ability to book at any time.
