The Archetype Strategy

The Archetype Strategy is a staffing and workforce solutions firm that recruits and places personnel for infrastructure and data centre projects. Its work concentrates on a set of technical domains - structured cabling, low-voltage systems, data centre operations and commercial construction - linking qualified workers with large-scale projects in those fields.

The firm's placements fall into three main lines. General staffing and workforce solutions cover recruitment and placement across infrastructure and data centre projects. Two specialist lines focus on data centre technicians for data centre operations roles, and on cleaning technicians for data centre and infrastructure sites. The roles involved typically combine physical labour, cable installation and technical expertise within commercial construction environments.

Industry verticals served include data centres, infrastructure, commercial construction, and staffing and workforce solutions more broadly. The Archetype Strategy operates a website at archetypestrategy.com.
