Talent Recruit

Talent Recruit is a Malaysian recruitment agency, founded in 2019 and licensed under Malaysia's Ministry of Human Resources. The firm works with businesses seeking to build teams and with professionals seeking roles, offering permanent placement, contract staffing and international recruitment. It is described as one of Malaysia's fastest-growing recruitment agencies.

Permanent Placement covers non-executive through senior management levels, with screening that considers both qualifications and cultural fit. Contract Staffing includes payroll processing and HR outsourcing. International Recruitment connects Malaysian companies with talent from outside the country. The agency works across oil and gas, manufacturing, IT, healthcare, banking, retail and F&B.

Talent Recruit states a preference for cultural fit and long-term outcomes over simply filling vacancies, and says it aims to create life-changing opportunities for job seekers. Its stated values are commitment, consistency, continuous improvement and collaboration. The company operates from Malaysia; team size and funding details are not disclosed.
