Systems Products and Solutions (SPS) provides mission-focused ground and aviation system platform solutions to government and defense organizations. Founded in 2005 by CEO Nilmini Thompson, a former government contract employee, the woman-owned small business has delivered logistics, supply management, technical engineering, and operational and light assembly manufacturing support in support of critical national missions for over 20 years.

SPS operates from 49 locations in more than 26 countries across five continents. Its technical domains span logistics and logistics planning, supply chain and supply management, technical engineering, operational manufacturing support, light assembly manufacturing, aviation and space systems support, information management, deployment readiness, equipment production, and network security testing. The company has expanded its capabilities in equipment production and network security testing in recent years. Millennium Systems Services, an SPS subsidiary, delivers Federal Defense, Aviation, and Space services.

The company describes itself as solutions-based, working with customers to solve problems rather than simply complete tasks, with an emphasis on readiness, efficiency, interoperability and long-term mission success. SPS is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100 Rev D and complies with CMMC Level II.
