SOCi is a marketing technology company founded in 2012 that builds an AI-powered agentic digital workforce for multi-location brands. Its platform automates and optimises local marketing tasks - such as responding to reviews and improving local search rankings - across every location a brand operates, at a scale that would otherwise require large teams of local marketers. After Genius Agent optimisations, 90% of locations rank in the local search "3-pack"; brands have seen a 50% improvement in local search visibility and a 55% reduction in the time taken to respond to reviews. SOCi says nearly $2.1 billion in brand value has been recaptured for its customers, with value gained of more than $3m per customer.
