SiliconCedars is a Lebanese offshore development centre founded in 2009. It specialises in EDA (Electronic Design Automation) development for analog, digital and mixed-signal design, and combines that semiconductor expertise with AI-powered digital transformation work. Its technical scope covers design verification, simulation and R&D services alongside artificial intelligence, machine learning, agentic AI, data analytics, big data and business intelligence.

The company has developed Neumann, an AI-powered data platform that brings together artificial intelligence, data analytics and business intelligence to support data-driven decision-making. It has also launched agentic AI initiatives and provides R&D services to clients in the semiconductor, EDA, software services and IC design sectors.

SiliconCedars delivers IC Design professional training programmes through a partnership with Synopsys, extending its activity beyond engineering services into education for the IC design workforce. The firm is based in Lebanon, with a presence in Antelias and Saida.
