Silbury is a software development and AI transformation company based in Fürth, Germany, working with clients across the DACH region. It helps SMEs, corporations and public-sector organisations put artificial intelligence and digitalisation into everyday operations, rather than merely advising on them. The firm employs approximately 50 experts and its clients include Bosch, Mercedes-Benz, Siemens Energy and a range of Mittelstand companies, with particular exposure to the automotive and energy sectors.

The company works through three linked business lines. Silbury AI is a GDPR-compliant AI workspace that integrates leading models such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Silbury Academy provides AI training and develops internal AI guides for client organisations. Silbury Consulting covers strategic AI implementation and broader transformation services. Technical work spans software development, process automation, AI strategy development and compliance with the EU AI Act and GDPR.

Silbury was founded by Markus Neubauer. Its stated focus is on secure, legally compliant AI deployment, combining platform, training and consulting rather than selling any one of them in isolation.
