Sia

Sia is a global management consulting group founded in 1999 and built, in its own words, 'born digital' to help organisations navigate technological transformation. The firm combines strategy, data science, creativity and artificial intelligence in an approach it calls Consulting 4.0, which augments traditional consulting with those disciplines. It employs 3,000 consultants across 48 offices in 19 countries, including France, and serves approximately 1,000 blue-chip and big tech clients.

The firm's work is organised into five service brands and practices: strategy and management consulting; Heka, its AI solutions offering; SiaXperience, the experience design practice; Sia/LBG, a specialised life sciences consulting practice; and Uside, a leadership coaching offering. Industry verticals span management consulting, life sciences and technology, with clients drawn largely from blue-chip enterprises and big tech.

Sia was founded as a deliberate alternative to legacy consulting models, and describes its mission as being 'optimists for change'. The firm states a purpose-driven commitment across climate, social responsibility and ethics, and runs a 'Consulting for Good' initiative that integrates corporate social responsibility. It emphasises the combination of technical expertise with creativity and optimism. The company was founded by Matthieu Courtecuisse and has been in operation for over two decades.
