Founded in 2002 and headquartered in India, the company combines established recruitment practice with technology-driven hiring methods, aiming to help firms identify and appoint senior professionals quickly and at reasonable cost.

Its activities span corporate executive search, recruitment and staffing, and software development. The firm has built in-house Recruitment Intelligence Software to support talent acquisition, and works in areas including social media recruiting and recruitment technology.
