Roadsurfer

Roadsurfer is an RV rental service and travel community founded in 2016. The company rents out campervans and motorhomes, allowing customers to take road trips and adventure travel under their own steam. It operates in the travel and tourism, RV and campervan rental, and mobility sectors, and is based in Munich, Germany.

The company's working culture is built around flat hierarchies, collaboration and teamwork, and it favours authentic connections over formal structures. Its stated values centre on adventure, freedom and adaptability. Employees work from a bright Munich office equipped with table tennis and foosball, and remote work is supported, with staff able to work from any location. Flexible working arrangements are offered.

Staff receive annual camper budgets to experience the product first-hand, and regular team events combine work with exploration. The company has been operating since 2016.
