RangeWater Real Estate is a fully integrated real estate firm that develops, manages, acquires and invests in rental housing communities across the Sun Belt and Mountain West. Founded in 2006, the company operates from five offices - in Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Denver and Tampa - and pursues markets characterised by strong job growth and sustained demand for new housing.

Its work spans four areas: development of rental housing in formats ranging from high-rise and mid-rise to garden-style, mixed-use, build-to-rent and attainable housing; property management for multifamily and rental communities; acquisitions of rental housing assets; and an investment management platform serving partners, clients and residents. Since inception the firm has developed or acquired nearly 37,000 rental housing units with a total capitalisation of more than $7.2 billion. It manages over 72,000 multifamily units across 13 states and is listed among the NMHC Top 50 Managers. The company was named NAHB Developer of the Year in 2015 and 2021.
