QuintoAndar

Brazilian technology company founded in 2012 operating a real estate ecosystem for renting, buying, selling and property management across six countries in Latin America.

QuintoAndar is a Brazilian technology company founded in 2012 by Gabriel Braga and Andre Penha. It operates what it describes as the largest real estate ecosystem in Latin America, enabling end-to-end rental, buying, selling and property management experiences. The company was built around the objective of simplifying home rental, a process it characterises as among the most bureaucratic and time-consuming in people's lives: a rental transaction that previously took more than a month to close can now be completed in a single day.

The group is organised around a portfolio of brands spanning several technical domains. QuintoAndar itself is a marketplace and brokerage platform for renting, buying and selling properties, alongside Casa Mineira and Benvi. Its classifieds operations comprise Imovelweb, Wimoveis, Zonaprop and Inmuebles24. QuintoCred covers financial products, Union and Tokko are SaaS solutions, and Nok Nox and SíndicoNet provide living services. Engineering work therefore spans real estate technology, marketplace platforms, SaaS, fintech and property management technology.

QuintoAndar reports a valuation of US$ 5.1 billion, more than 2 million people served and over 50 million monthly platform visits. It operates in six countries - Brazil, Argentina, Ecuador, Panama, Peru and Mexico - with a technology hub in Europe. Industry verticals include real estate, residential rentals, property sales, property management, fintech and classifieds.
