QC Servion

QC Servion is a shared-services organisation providing centralised operational support to growing companies within the QC Ecosystem. Its remit spans twelve functions - human resources, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, benefits administration, marketing, safety, administration, legal, contracts, accounting, and change and programme management - delivered by cross-organisational teams structured around documented processes and practical guidance. The organisation supports hundreds of employees across departments and affiliated firms.

The company serves six affiliated organisations: DLB Associates, Galtra Solutions, AI2IO, Fluid2Chip, CEQEL Critical Commissioning and 2AI-DC Integrators. By consolidating back-office and people functions in one hub, QC Servion allows these companies to concentrate on their own growth and operations. Industry verticals named in its work include the data-centre industry and shared business support services.

On January 22nd 2026 Accenture acquired a 65% majority stake in QC Servion. The organisation describes its working culture as focused on safe, engaging and well-managed workplaces, on structured processes, and on collaboration across departmental and organisational boundaries.
