Public Service Division
Singapore's central agency for public service transformation, developing public sector people and culture and running ServiceSG, a cross-agency service concierge for citizens.
Public Service Division is Singapore's central agency for public service transformation. It develops the people and culture that enable ministries and statutory boards to serve citizens effectively, working towards the goal of one united public service. The organisation's remit covers public sector leadership development and capacity building across the public administration.
Among its initiatives is ServiceSG, a first-stop service concierge that helps citizens reach relevant government services across multiple agencies without having to navigate each one separately. The division operates in Singapore and is oriented towards the public sector administration as a whole, rather than a single ministry or statutory board.
The division describes its officers as its greatest asset and sets store by a caring, collaborative and innovation-driven working environment, with an emphasis on purpose and growth for individual officers. Its approach to workplace well-being was recognised with a Gold Award for Excellence in Corporate Wellness.
