Pearce Services, founded in 1998, is the largest independent provider of outsourced repair, maintenance, operations and engineering services for mission-critical infrastructure in the United States. The company works across telecom, energy, data centres and other mission-critical facilities, drawing on a nationwide team of thousands of skilled technicians and a round-the-clock operating model. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc.

Its services cover the electrical and mechanical systems on which these sectors depend: uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, backup power generators, battery energy storage systems (BESS), critical cooling, solar and wind assets, and EV charging infrastructure. The work is supported by proprietary technology platforms and optimised processes, along with 24/7 continuous monitoring and rapid response to resolve complex infrastructure failures.

The scale of that coverage is considerable. Pearce Services supports more than 40 GW of solar capacity, 30 GWh of energy storage, 120 GW of wind capacity and over 60,000 EV charging stations, as well as tens of thousands of cell sites. The company grew through strategic mergers and acquisitions and operates across North America, with a stated mission of providing infrastructure solutions that support a more connected and sustainable future.
