OpenTeams helps organizations design, build and run modular AI infrastructure that they own outright. The firm was founded by Travis Oliphant, the creator of NumPy and SciPy, the Python scientific computing libraries used by tens of millions of people worldwide. Oliphant has roughly two decades of open source contribution behind those projects, and the company frames its mission as making AI open, accountable and accessible, with an emphasis on transparency, trust and understandability.

Its core offering is custom-designed, built and maintained modular AI infrastructure, intended to be owned, understood, trusted and adapted by the customer without third-party control.
