Novee Security is an AI-powered penetration testing platform founded in 2025 and based in Tel Aviv, Israel. The company builds a proprietary offensive AI model that performs continuous vulnerability discovery, produces proof of exploitation, and supplies remediation guidance, replacing the cycle of annual penetration tests with continuous security validation. Its product line covers AI-powered pentesting, web application testing, mobile security testing, AI red teaming of AI systems and environments, and agentic remediation.

The firm raised $51.5m within four months of its founding, among the faster funding trajectories in the offensive security industry. Investors include YL Ventures, Canaan Partners and Oren Zeev. On real exploitation benchmarks, the company's model is reported to outperform frontier large language models by over 55%.

The technical work spans AI/ML, agentic AI, large language models, offensive security, penetration testing automation, zero-day research, and vulnerability discovery and exploitation. Rather than relying on generic large language models, the company concentrates on a purpose-built offensive AI model designed to think and operate like a real attacker.

The founding team has nation-state offensive security experience, including veterans of Unit 8200, Iron Dome and elite zero-day research programmes.
