Noïa Labs
Noïa Labs is an early-stage Paris-based neurotechnology company building non-invasive wearable neural interfaces that decode intent from brain signals to control and collaborate with AI systems.
Noïa Labs is an early-stage neurotechnology company based in Paris, France, developing non-invasive wearable neural interfaces. The company's technology combines optimised neural sensors with large-scale AI models trained across many users to decode human intent from brain signals, allowing people to control, guide and collaborate with AI systems without surgery. Its wearable interface, still in development, is designed to acquire high-quality neural signals in real time under tight latency, power, reliability and data quality constraints.
The company was founded by the team behind NextMind, a brain-computer interface firm acquired by Snap. It is backed by tier-1 investors and operates as a small team of engineers and scientists. Technical work spans neurotechnology, non-invasive neural sensing, neural signal decoding, wearable hardware, real-time signal processing and low-latency systems.
Noïa Labs is actively building its team and is hiring engineers and scientists across these disciplines. As an early-stage company, each team member has substantial influence over the product and the underlying technology. The work concerns a technically demanding problem in human-AI interaction, spanning consumer wearables and brain-computer interfaces.
