MyPass Global, founded in 2013, builds a workforce compliance platform for critical, high-risk industries. The platform is designed to change how organisations manage worker compliance, with the stated aim of ensuring that the people on site are safe and capable. It is used by more than 1,500 organisations across 25 countries.

The company employs over 150 people and operates from four locations: Perth and Sydney in Australia, Santiago in Chile and Cebu in the Philippines. Its work spans workforce compliance software, data and information security, and agile software development supported by continuous integration and delivery. MyPass Global earned ISO27001 certification in 2018.
