MSI Express

MSI Express is a contract manufacturing and packaging company serving consumer packaged goods brands, from large CPG companies to emerging and private label labels. Its capabilities span dry foods blending and packaging, liquid packaging and bottle filling, gummy manufacturing, stick pack filling, vitamins and supplements production, dry pet food packaging and secondary packaging. The company is headquartered in Portage, Indiana, and operates 16 strategically located facilities across six U.S. states.

Stick pack filling is a particular specialism. MSI Express commercialised the first stick pack with Crystal Light in 2005 and now produces approximately 1.5 billion stick packs annually. The company was named Contract Manufacturing Packaging Company of the Year in 2025 by Manufacturing Technology Insights.
