Mojave Energy Systems designs and manufactures commercial HVAC liquid desiccant systems that control cooling, heating, and dehumidification independently, treating humidity as a separate design target rather than a by-product of cooling. The company's ArctiDry DX and ArctiDry Hydro platforms achieve low supply-air dew points with substantially less energy than conventional systems. Its equipment is aimed at hospitality, grocery, healthcare, education, industrial facilities, commercial buildings and data centres.

The company maintains a corporate office and laboratory in Sunnyvale, California, and a manufacturing facility in Anderson, South Carolina. Sales and support are delivered through a partner network covering the continental United States.
