Mekdam Technical Services is one of four subsidiaries of Mekdam Holding Group Q.P.S.C., a 100% Qatari-owned conglomerate operating across Qatar and the wider Middle East. Its particular remit is manpower outsourcing and Operations & Maintenance (O&M) services, delivered alongside sister businesses covering ICT, audio-visual and security systems, centralized alarm monitoring, and structural steel engineering. The group as a whole employs more than 1,064 people drawn from 12 nationalities.
The group's work spans IT & Communication Technology, Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC), MEP, oil & gas, consultancy, trading and logistics. Technical domains in use include audio-visual solutions, security & safety systems, centralized alarm monitoring, structural steel engineering, digital transformation and renewable energy. Projects worth more than QAR 1 billion have been executed over the past four years, with a reported customer retention rate of 90%.
The group holds ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certifications, and carries the APEx (Audio-visual Provider of Excellence) designation.
