Lighthouse
BCBA-owned agency founded in 2020 providing in-home and community-based ABA therapy for children with autism in New York and North Carolina.
Lighthouse is a BCBA-owned and operated agency providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Founded in 2020 and led by parents of children with autism, the agency employs more than 100 BCBA providers and draws on 36 years of combined founder experience. It serves children aged 2-21 across the full autism spectrum, with no waitlists for services.
Care is delivered where children live, play and grow rather than in clinic settings. In-home ABA therapy is designed to support skill generalisation in the child's natural environment, and community-based therapy extends the same approach to settings outside the home. Lighthouse operates on the premise that skills learned in natural environments are more likely to stick.
A family-led care model places families at the centre of decision-making, with parent tools and training provided so that parents can support their child's growth at home. The agency describes its care philosophy as compassionate and team-based.
Lighthouse works in the healthcare, autism services and pediatric behavioural therapy sectors. It currently operates in New York and North Carolina.
