Kering is a global, family-led luxury group that develops a portfolio of creative Houses across ready-to-wear, couture, leather goods, jewelry, eyewear and beauty. The group employed 44,000 people in 2025 and reported revenue of €14.7 billion in that year, operating worldwide.
The portfolio comprises Gucci, Saint Laurent, Bottega Veneta, Balenciaga, McQueen, Brioni and Ginori 1735, alongside the jewelry Houses Boucheron, Pomellato, DoDo and Qeelin. Two further divisions extend the group's reach: Kering Eyewear and Kering Beauté.
The Kering name derives from the Breton word ker, meaning home or hearth, which the group links to its attachment to family roots and to its teams, customers, partners and products. Its stated values are "We care" (for brands, teams and the environment), "We dare" (taking risks and innovating) and "We build" (sustainable, long-lasting growth), and it holds that the way things are done is as important as what is done. The Kering Foundation, established in 2008, works to combat gender-based violence worldwide.
