Founded in Coconut Grove, Florida, in 1980 by Bud Adams, Charles Kelley and Steven Kronenberg, the firm has been in operation for more than four decades and adopted the Kelley Kronenberg name in 2013. Its corporate headquarters are in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where it moved into purpose-built offices in 2019.
