Keenfinity Group is a provider of professional communication and security solutions, supplying systems that connect and protect people and assets. The company was carved out of Bosch Building Technologies and completed its separation from Bosch Group in mid-2025; it now operates as an independent standalone business backed by the European investment firm Triton Partners. Founded in its current form in 2025, the group employs approximately 4,000 associates and reported sales revenue exceeding 1 billion euros for the year.

The group operates four business units. The Audio business unit covers professional audio and communication, comprising seven brands: Bosch Conference Solutions, Bosch Public Address and Voice Alarm, Electro-Voice, Dynacord, RTS, Telex and the recently acquired Avonic. IQSIGHT is the video systems unit, evolved from Bosch-branded video systems and focused on real-time visual intelligence. Radionix encompasses intrusion alarm panels, detectors and access control. KEENFINITY Electronics Manufacturing Services provides electronics manufacturing through four sites across the Americas, Europe and China.

Keenfinity works across security technology, professional communication technology, building technologies, public address and voice alarm, conference and professional audio, video surveillance, intrusion detection and access control. Its footprint spans over 40 countries and 75 locations.
