ITproposal is a global IT services provider founded in 2019, delivering remote support and onsite assistance across multiple regions. The company specialises in end-user computing and networking, and offers a portfolio of fourteen services - among them an IT Service Desk, IT Staffing, Managed IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Managed Network and Hardware Sales & Rental - delivered under a single contract and a single SLA. It positions itself as the bridge between strategy and technology, with particular attention to environments in which critical systems cannot stand still.

The firm employs more than 500 people and supports upwards of 150 clients. Its delivery teams cover evenings, nights and weekends, providing 24/7 support alongside a combination of remote and on-site work. Industry verticals served include retail, which is the leading sector, as well as healthcare and transport and logistics.

ITproposal operates from three strategic offices: Amsterdam (head office) in the Netherlands, Antwerp in Belgium and Karaman in Turkey, with coverage across the Benelux and further afield. Clients in the Benelux are served through fixed points of contact, and the founders, Enes Bagci and Tunahan Gider, remain accessible within the organisation.

The company holds ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 14001 certifications, together with Kiwa NEN 4400-1, covering quality management, information security, environmental management and staffing reliability respectively.
