Through a network of more than 20 clinical trial sites across the United States and Canada, it works to advance innovative medical therapies, supporting 5,000-plus clinical trials to date. The company employs 550 clinical research professionals and 50 Principal Investigators.

Its two main offerings are an integrated clinical trial site network and clinical trial delivery and participant experience services. The network draws on extensive site databases and physician partnerships to recruit and retain large volumes of diverse, inclusive participant populations. The delivery arm runs research facilities and covers trials end to end, with an emphasis on data quality and management and on meaningful experiences for participants. Areas of therapeutic work include CNS, mental health, vaccines and metabolic and endocrine disorders, serving the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
