Hansetherm

Hansetherm is a Hamburg-based company founded in 2023 that provides complete heat pump solutions for households across Germany. It combines digital planning, installation and after-sales service in a single offering: a proprietary, fully digital planning tool designs each heating system, installation is carried out nationwide within 30 days, and projects are sold at a fixed price. The company also assists customers in obtaining government subsidies and maintains the systems it installs.

The technical work spans heat pump technology, building heating systems, renewable energy and proprietary planning software. Installations use certified heat pumps from leading manufacturers, among them Vaillant, with whom Hansetherm works in partnership. The business is active nationwide, from its Hamburg headquarters, in the residential heating, home construction and renovation markets.

Hansetherm holds ISO 9001 certification for quality management and ISO 14001 for environmental management, and is a member of the Bundesverband Wärmepumpe (BWP). Its stated aim is to make the energy transition simple and accessible for households, with an emphasis on customer comfort, reliability and digitalised processes.
