Grupo Espiral

Grupo Espiral is a software manufacturing group that develops IT service management (ITSM), IT asset management (ITAM) and security software for enterprise customers. Founded in 1998, the group comprises six companies and employs more than 100 technology professionals across Spain, Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Peru. It reports 25 years of experience, more than 500 major client organisations and operations in over 15 countries, with 85% of revenue derived from international projects.

The group's product line includes Proactivanet, an ITSM/ITAM platform for enterprises that was named a "Customer Choice" by Gartner in 2024, and Prodity, a further specialised enterprise software product. Grupo Espiral states that it has grown by more than 40% since 2020.
