Group O is a privately held, family-owned business process outsourcing provider, founded in 1974 and employing more than 1,000 professionals. The company delivers end-to-end solutions across four service lines: supply chain management, packaging, incentive marketing and device lifecycle management. Its operations span multiple states in the United States as well as Mexico.

Packaging is the original business line, dating back to the sale of packaging materials from the founder's family station wagon under the name Bi-State Packaging. Within its first year the firm secured its first Fortune 500 client, John Deere, and has since grown across five decades to serve clients in packaging, supply chain and logistics, manufacturing, agriculture equipment and other industries.

Group O is 100% Hispanic-owned and certified as a Minority Business Enterprise. It remains owned by the Ontiveros family; the business was founded by Bob Ontiveros, a second-generation Mexican-American immigrant.
