Founded in 2008 and headquartered in Fredericia, Denmark, the company employs more than 1,500 people and operates in over 11 countries, including Poland, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, France, Romania, Serbia, Turkey, the United States and Taiwan. It describes itself as one of Europe's largest providers of full-scope project solutions for onshore and offshore wind.

Work is structured around project delivery and field service for wind turbine owners and developers.
