Gen II Fund Services, founded in 2009 by industry pioneers Steven Millner and Norman Leben, is the largest independent private equity and private capital fund administrator. Its founding team previously co-headed a private equity administration business acquired by BISYS in 2002, and brings more than 30 years of combined industry experience.
