Educative Inc

Educative Inc is a text-based interactive learning platform for software developers, founded in 2015 by brothers Fahim ul Haq and Naeem ul Haq. Its courses embed browser-based coding environments, allowing learners to practise while they read without installing anything. The company employs more than 300 people and says it has connected with over 3 million developers worldwide.

The product line is built around three areas: interactive courses developed with industry experts and computer science PhDs; preparation material for coding interviews at major technology firms; and system design courses aimed at working engineers. Content emphasises practical, real-world engineering skills rather than theory alone, following the founders' stated view that the best way to learn is by building.

For prospective hires, the engineering pedigree is notable: members of the team have shipped production code at Facebook, Microsoft and Amazon, among others. The company operates globally and describes itself as mission-driven, with the stated aim of changing how developers learn.
