The firm was established in response to the shortage of world-class AI, ML and data engineers, and is backed by Andrew Ng's AI Fund and deeplearning.ai.

Engineers joining Factored are selected through rigorous vetting processes and take part in continuous skill development, including an AI Residency programme.
